Simple Swap: Crackers

IMG_9483.JPG

Let’s be honest. Sometimes eating well can be hard, especially where kids are concerned. Kids like what they are used to and don’t like to change things up. So sometimes the best way to get them on board with eating in a more nourishing way is to make simple swaps.

One very simple swap is to change out overly processed crackers with crackers that are made with good ingredients and in a way that maximizes their nutrition.

SWAP the Wheat Thins for Jovial Foods Sourdough Crackers. It’s that easy.

You don’t have to make your own sourdough crackers. Jovial has already done all the hard work for you. And their ingredients are simple and real. These crackers are a win.

I also like Simple Mills crackers.

This post was originally published on my Instagram account. I have edited it slightly for the blog format. I am going to be posting all my Simple Swap posts on this blog for easy reference. My goal with these posts is to give people an easy and healthier option to reach for in the grocery store. Most of us know that the very best option is to make all our food ourselves, however a lot of times we just need something easy. We don’t always want to be making everything from scratch. This is where Simple Swaps come in. Thankfully, there are many companies “doing it right,” so all you have to do is swap what brand you’re putting in your shopping cart.
